Squarespace forms
Add a Nisuform form to a Squarespace site with a Code block. Every submission is emailed to you and saved in your inbox, with spam protection built in.
The styled embed from the form builder brings its own styles and spam protection, submits without reloading the page and still works when JavaScript is off.
Copy the embed code
- Open your form's Setup tab.
- Under How do you build your site?, choose Site builder and pick Squarespace.
- Add your fields and adjust the design in the builder if you haven't yet. The embed is built from the fields and look you set there.
- Choose Copy the embed code.
Save your changes in the builder before you copy. The embed always reflects the last saved version of the form.
Add it to Squarespace
- Edit the page and add a Code block where the form should go.
- Paste the code, then save the page.
WordPress
