Integrations overview
Send every new submission to Slack, Discord, Telegram, Google Sheets or a webhook, with retries and delivery status.
Integrations are available on Pro. Each one gets every new submission as it arrives, alongside your email notification.
Webhooks
Signed JSON to your own server, Zapier, Make or n8n.
Slack
Post each submission to a channel.
Discord
Send each submission to a channel.
Telegram
Get a message from the Nisuform bot.
Google Sheets
Add each submission as a row.
Zapier, Make and n8n
Connect thousands of other apps through a webhook.
Connect an integration
Open the form's Integrations tab, pick a destination under Add a destination and follow the steps in the dialog. Each form can have one integration of each kind, and integrations are set per form.
What gets delivered
- Every accepted submission, as soon as it is stored.
- Test submissions sent from the Setup tab, marked as tests.
- Never spam, and never submissions that were dropped, blocked or rejected.
Slack, Discord and Telegram messages list each answer by its label and link to the submission in your inbox. Uploaded files are not sent. Open the submission to download them.
Send a test
Choose Send test on a connected integration to deliver a sample submission right away. It uses your form's fields with sample answers, is marked as a test, and isn't stored in your inbox. If the delivery fails, the dashboard shows why.
Delivery status and retries
The Integrations tab shows whether each destination is delivering:
- Failing: the last delivery failed. The reason and time are shown, like "Slack answered 404. The webhook was probably removed." It clears after the next successful delivery.
- Paused: you turned it off. New submissions are not sent while it is paused, and they are not sent later when you turn it back on.
- Needs Pro: the team is on the Free plan, so the integration is paused until the team upgrades.
When a destination is down or busy, Nisuform retries. Timeouts, network errors, 408, 429 and 5xx responses are retried with growing delays, from 30 seconds up to one hour between attempts, for about two hours. Other responses, like 404 or 403, mean the destination was removed or no longer accepts messages, so Nisuform stops and marks the integration as failing.
Pause and disconnect
- Turn off the switch next to a connected integration to pause it. Deliveries stop without losing the setup. Turn it back on to send new submissions again.
- Choose Disconnect from the integration's menu to remove it. New submissions stop going there. For webhooks, the signing secret is deleted too, so reconnecting issues a new one.
