Framer forms
Add a Nisuform form to a Framer site with an HTML Embed component. Every submission is emailed to you and saved in your inbox, with spam protection built in.
The styled embed from the form builder brings its own styles and spam protection, submits without reloading the page and still works when JavaScript is off.
Copy the embed code
- Open your form's Setup tab.
- Under How do you build your site?, choose Site builder and pick Framer.
- Add your fields and adjust the design in the builder if you haven't yet. The embed is built from the fields and look you set there.
- Choose Copy the embed code.
Save your changes in the builder before you copy. The embed always reflects the last saved version of the form.
Add it to Framer
- Insert an Embed component where the form should go and set its type to HTML.
- Paste the code into the HTML box, then publish.
