Nisuform is a form backend for any website. Point your form at a Nisuform endpoint and it filters out spam, stores every submission in your dashboard and emails you when a new one arrives, so you do not need a server or database of your own.

Create a form in your dashboard and copy its endpoint. Use it as your form action, or send your own request to it from any framework. New submissions then appear in your inbox and arrive by email within seconds. The docs have copy-paste examples for HTML, JavaScript and React.

By default, a thank-you page with a link back to your website. On the Pro plan, you can replace that message with your own or redirect visitors to a page of your choice.

Every submission is screened automatically, with nothing to set up. A hidden honeypot field, a fill-time check and rate limits stop most bots. Submissions with too many links, or duplicates of an earlier one, go to the spam folder, where they never send a notification or count toward your monthly limit. You can also limit a form to submissions from your own domains.

You get an email as soon as a submission arrives, and every submission is saved in your inbox. On the Pro plan, notifications can also go to any email address, or to Slack, Discord or Telegram.

Yes. The Free plan includes 3 forms and 100 submissions per month, with email notifications, spam protection, full submission history and CSV export. No credit card is required.

Pro costs $10 per month, or $84 per year, which works out to $7 per month. It includes unlimited forms, 5,000 submissions per month, file uploads, auto-replies, custom redirects and thank-you messages, plus notifications to Slack, Discord, Telegram and Google Sheets.

On the Pro plan, each submission can include up to 5 files, such as images or PDFs, up to 25 MB per request. Files are stored privately and shared only through signed links that expire after 15 minutes.

On the Pro plan, submissions can go straight to Slack, Discord, Telegram or Google Sheets, and to most other tools through webhooks, Zapier or Make.

Yes, on every plan. Exports are CSV files that open in Excel and Google Sheets, and your submissions stay in your account until you delete them.

Submissions are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are used only to provide the service. IP address collection can be turned off for each form, and deleted submissions are removed within 30 days. A Data Processing Agreement is included with every account.
