Telegram
Get a Telegram message from the Nisuform bot for every new form submission, in a private chat or a group.
The Telegram integration is available on Pro. The Nisuform bot sends each submission to a private chat with you or to a group. There is no bot or token to set up on your side.
Connect Telegram
- Open the form's Integrations tab and choose Telegram.
- Pick where messages should go:
- Open chat with the bot opens a private chat. Press Start.
- Add to a group lets you pick a group and adds the bot to it.
- Back in Nisuform, the dialog shows Connected as soon as Telegram confirms. The bot also replies in the chat with "Connected. New submissions to your form will show up here."
The links work for 30 minutes. If one expired, close the dialog and open it again for new links. If the dialog keeps saying it is waiting, make sure you pressed Start in Telegram, then choose Check again.
Each form connects to one chat. Connecting another chat replaces the previous one.
The message
- New submission: and the form name in bold, with Test submission for tests.
- Each answer under its label. Empty answers show as "(empty)".
- An Open in nisuform button that opens the submission in your inbox.
Link previews are turned off, and very long submissions are shortened to fit Telegram's message limit with a note like "2 more fields in nisuform".
Troubleshooting

| Telegram answered 403. The bot was removed from the chat or blocked. | Unblock the bot, or add it back to the group, then connect again. |
| Telegram could not find the chat. | The chat was deleted. Connect again. |
When a group is upgraded to a supergroup, Telegram gives it a new ID. Nisuform follows the change on its own.
