Zapier, Make and n8n
Connect form submissions to thousands of apps, like HubSpot, Notion, Airtable and Mailchimp, through Zapier, Make or n8n.
Zapier, Make and n8n receive submissions through a webhook, which is available on Pro. From there you can send them to a CRM, a database, a mailing list or any other app.
Zapier
- In Zapier, create a Zap and pick Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger.
- Choose Catch Hook and copy the webhook URL Zapier gives you.
- In Nisuform, open the form's Integrations tab, choose Webhook and paste the URL.
- Choose Send test, so Zapier can see your fields. Then choose Test trigger in Zapier.
- Add actions that use the fields, like Data Fields Email or Data Fields Message.
Make
- In Make, create a scenario and add the Webhooks module, Custom webhook.
- Choose Add, name the webhook, then copy its address.
- In Nisuform, open the form's Integrations tab, choose Webhook and paste the address.
- Choose Send test, so Make can learn the data structure.
- Add modules that use
data.fields.
n8n
- Add a Webhook node with the HTTP method
POSTand copy its production URL. - Paste it into a Nisuform webhook and choose Send test while the workflow is listening.
- Read the answers from
body.data.fieldsin the next nodes.
To check that requests really come from Nisuform, add a Code node that verifies the webhook-signature header. See Verify the signature.
Tips
- Every value in
data.fieldsis a string. Convert numbers and dates in your automation if the next app needs them. - Filter out tests with a condition on
data.testbeingfalse. - The same submission can arrive twice after a retry. Use
data.submissionIdas a unique key where your app supports one.
