Where FormSubmit is ahead

  • No account. Put your address in the action URL and confirm it once.
  • Free extras. Redirects, auto-responses, webhooks and CC addresses are all free, set with special fields in the form.
  • Widely used. FormSubmit says more than 400,000 websites have used it.

Where Nisuform is ahead

  • Your email address stays private. The page only contains a form key, so bots scraping your site can't harvest your address.
  • Every submission is kept. Search your inbox, export to CSV and keep history for as long as you need it.
  • No CAPTCHA by default. FormSubmit shows reCAPTCHA unless you turn it off, and advises keeping it on. Nisuform filters bots with a honeypot, a fill-time check, rate limits and duplicate detection, with Turnstile as an option.
  • Allowed domains. Limit each form to your own websites so nobody else can post to it.
  • Integrations and teams. Slack, Discord, Telegram and Google Sheets on Pro, separate teams with their own forms, and a Data Processing Agreement with every account.

FormSubmit pricing and limits

FormSubmit is free and needs no account. Its limits are in what it keeps and what it puts in your page:

  • Short history. Its help page says submissions are kept for 30 days, and uploaded files aren't kept at all.
  • Your email address is public. It sits in the form's action, where anyone reading your page's source can see it.
  • reCAPTCHA by default. Visitors have to solve it unless you turn it off with _captcha.

Nisuform Free is free too, with no credit card, for 100 submissions a month across 3 forms. Your page only holds a form key, every submission is kept with search and CSV export, and spam is filtered without a CAPTCHA. Redirects, auto-replies and webhooks, which FormSubmit includes for free, need Pro at $10 a month.
