Every form gets a hosted page you can share directly, with a thank-you page after submit.

Share a link instead of embedding

Your form on its own shareable page. No website required.

Every form gets its own generated subdomain. Copy the exact link from the Setup tab of your form.

Send it in an email, a DM or a QR code. Visitors get a clean page with your form's fields, and a thank-you page after they submit.

By default, browser submissions land on the Nisuform thank-you page. On Pro you can set a custom redirectUrl per form to send visitors to your own page instead.

Branding

Free plan hosted pages carry a small "powered by Nisuform" link. Pro removes it.

NoteHosted pages respect the same payload and spam rules as the API. A paused form shows a clear notice instead of the form.
