# Collect Framer form submissions in one inbox

Add a Nisuform form to Framer with an Embed. Every submission is saved to a searchable inbox and emailed to you, with file uploads, auto-replies and Slack or Discord alerts on Pro.

Updated Oct 29, 2026.

Framer's built-in forms send each submission to the destination you set on the form: an email address, Google Sheets or a webhook. Framer adds spam protection and rate limiting. For a single portfolio site, that may be all you need.

A Nisuform form keeps every submission in a searchable inbox with CSV export, and one account holds the forms for all your Framer sites. On Pro, forms can take file uploads, send auto-replies and post to Slack, Discord or Telegram, and each client can have its own team.

## Add the form with an Embed

### Build the form

[Create a form](https://app.nisuform.com) in Nisuform. In the form builder, add your fields and pick a theme and accent color that match your Framer site, then save.

### Copy the embed code

On the form's **Setup** tab, choose **Site builder**, then **Framer**, then **Copy the embed code**. The code always reflects the last saved version of the form.

### Insert an Embed

In Framer, insert an **Embed** component where the form goes, set its type to **HTML** and paste the code. Publish the site.

### Send a test

Open the published page, wait two seconds and send. The submission should be in your inbox and your email within seconds.

The embed submits without leaving the page and shows your success message in place. If JavaScript is off, it posts as a normal form and visitors see the Nisuform thank-you page.

## The inbox and Pro features

Each submission stays in your Nisuform inbox until you delete it, so you can search old messages, star the ones to follow up on and export everything to CSV. The notification email's reply-to is the visitor's address, so you can answer from your mail app.

On Pro, you can add:

* File uploads, up to 5 images or PDFs per submission
* Auto-replies that confirm to the sender their message arrived
* Notifications to Slack, Discord or Telegram, and rows in Google Sheets
* Signed webhooks for anything else, including Zapier, Make and n8n
* A redirect to your own Framer thank-you page

## Spam

Every submission goes through a honeypot, a fill-time check, rate limits, and link and duplicate checks. Spam goes to its own folder and doesn't count toward your monthly limit. If spam still gets through, turn on [Cloudflare Turnstile](/docs/protection/turnstile).

To stop other sites from posting to your endpoint, add your Framer domain to the form's [allowed websites](/docs/protection/access-rules). If a test from the published site is rejected with `origin_not_allowed`, open the Network tab, look at the request's `Origin` header, and add that address too.

## Frequently asked questions

### Where do Framer form submissions go?

Framer's built-in forms send each submission to the destination you set on the form, which can be an email address, Google Sheets or a webhook. A Nisuform form saves every submission to your Nisuform inbox and emails you as well.

### Does the form work without JavaScript?

Yes. The embed submits in place when JavaScript runs. Without it, the form posts the normal way and visitors see the Nisuform thank-you page, with a link back to your site.

### Can I use one inbox for several Framer sites?

Yes. Create a form for each site, or reuse one form on several. On Pro, you can also give each client a team with its own forms, plan and usage.

### Can visitors upload files from a Framer form?

Yes, on Nisuform Pro. Each submission can include up to 5 JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF or PDF files. They're stored privately and shared through links that expire after 15 minutes.

### Does the form match my Framer design?

Pick a theme and accent color in the Nisuform form builder before you copy the embed code. The colors are CSS variables at the top of the embed, so you can fine-tune them afterwards.
