# Zapier

Send form submissions to HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, Mailchimp and thousands of other apps with a Zapier webhook trigger.

Zapier receives submissions through a [webhook](/docs/integrations/webhooks), which is available on Pro. From there you can send them to a CRM, a database, a mailing list or any other app.

## Connect Zapier

1. In Zapier, create a Zap and pick **Webhooks by Zapier** as the trigger.
2. Choose **Catch Hook** and copy the webhook URL Zapier gives you.
3. In Nisuform, open the form's **Integrations** tab, choose **Webhook** and paste the URL.
4. Choose **Send test**, so Zapier can see your fields. Then choose **Test trigger** in Zapier.
5. Add actions that use the fields, like **Data Fields Email** or **Data Fields Message**.

## Tips

* Every value in `data.fields` is a string. Convert numbers and dates in your automation if the next app needs them.
* Filter out tests with a condition on `data.test` being `false`.
* The same submission can arrive twice after a retry. Use `data.submissionId` as a unique key where your app supports one.
