# Make

Send form submissions to any app in a Make scenario with a custom webhook.

Make receives submissions through a [webhook](/docs/integrations/webhooks), which is available on Pro. From there you can send them to a CRM, a database, a mailing list or any other app.

## Connect Make

1. In Make, create a scenario and add the **Webhooks** module, **Custom webhook**.
2. Choose **Add**, name the webhook, then copy its address.
3. In Nisuform, open the form's **Integrations** tab, choose **Webhook** and paste the address.
4. Choose **Send test**, so Make can learn the data structure.
5. Add modules that use `data.fields`.

## Tips

* Every value in `data.fields` is a string. Convert numbers and dates in your automation if the next app needs them.
* Filter out tests with a condition on `data.test` being `false`.
* The same submission can arrive twice after a retry. Use `data.submissionId` as a unique key where your app supports one.
