# Teams

Share forms with the people you work with, keep clients separate, and manage members and invites.

Forms belong to teams. Everyone on a team sees and manages the same forms, and each team has its own plan and monthly usage.

## Your personal team

Every account starts with a personal team. You own it, and it can't be deleted. If you work alone, it is all you need.

## Create more teams

Additional teams are a Pro feature. Once one of the teams you own is on Pro, you can create as many teams as you like, for example one per client or project. Open the team switcher in the dashboard and choose **Add team**.

Each new team starts on the Free plan. Plans are per team, so upgrade the teams that need Pro.

## Switch teams

Use the team switcher at the top of the dashboard. The dashboard, your forms and **New form** always work in the team you picked.

Each team has one owner, the person who created it. Email notifications go to the owner's account email unless a form sets its own address.

## Invite people

1. Open **Team settings** and find **Add members**.
2. Enter the person's email address.
3. Copy the invite link and send it to them yourself, by email or chat.

The link only works for that email address. The person signs in to Nisuform with that address and joins the team as a member. A team can have up to 50 pending invites, and you can revoke an invite at any time before it is accepted.

## Remove members

In **Team settings**, owners can remove any member. The member loses access to the team's forms right away. Forms and submissions stay with the team.

## Rename or delete a team

Owners can change the team's name and picture in **Team settings**. The picture can be a PNG, JPEG or WebP image up to 400 KB.

**Delete team** permanently deletes the team with all of its forms, submissions and files. If the team is on Pro, its subscription is canceled right away. To confirm, you type the team's name. It can't be undone.
