# Your account

Sign in, update your profile and email address, and delete your account.

## Sign in

Sign in at [app.nisuform.com](https://app.nisuform.com) with **Continue with email** or **Continue with Google**. There are no passwords.

With email, Nisuform sends you a sign-in link. Open it on the same device and browser, and you are signed in. If it doesn't arrive within a minute, check your spam folder or choose **Use a different email** to try again.

Your first sign-in creates your account and your personal team on the Free plan.

## Profile

Open **Account** from the menu under your picture:

* **Profile picture**: a PNG, JPEG or WebP image, cropped to a square.
* **Username**: 3 to 30 lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens. Teammates see it in member lists.

## Change your email address

In **Account**, choose **Edit profile** and enter the new address. Nisuform sends a confirmation link to it, and your email changes after you confirm. Until then, you keep signing in with the old address.

Your email address is where notifications go for forms in teams you own, unless a form sets its own address. See [Email notifications](/docs/submissions/notifications).

## API keys

API keys let your own code use the [Nisuform API](/docs/api) to manage forms and submissions. Create and revoke them in **Account**, under **API keys**. Each key works in one of your teams. See [API keys](/docs/api/keys).

## Billing

Billing is per team, not per account. Each team has its own plan and subscription. See [Plans and billing](/docs/account/billing).

## Delete your account

In **Account**, choose **Delete account** and type your email address to confirm. This permanently deletes:

* your profile,
* your API keys,
* every team you own, with all of their forms, submissions and uploaded files.

Members of those teams lose access. Forms in other people's teams that you worked on stay with those teams. Pro subscriptions of the teams you own are canceled right away. You won't be charged again, and the rest of the current billing period isn't refunded.

Export anything you want to keep first. See [Export submissions](/docs/submissions/export).
